Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging.

To start a return, email support@lumenluxeboutique.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply with return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first cannot be accepted.

Return shipping
Customers pay return shipping on non-defective items, such as a change of mind or the wrong size. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Sizing
Many of our styles run small. Please check the size chart and fit notes on each product page before ordering.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, socks and jewelry can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
