Lumen Luxe Boutique is a small online shop run by one person.

Instead of listing thousands of random products, I keep a short seasonal collection — knits, outerwear, denim, and a few accessories that work together. If a piece doesn't fit the collection, it doesn't go in the shop.

How we work

• A small collection. A dozen or so pieces at a time, refreshed with the seasons, so the shop stays easy to browse.
• Straight answers. Our pieces ship from overseas warehouses, which keeps prices down. Most orders arrive in 7–20 business days, and you get tracking as soon as yours ships. We say that up front rather than burying it at checkout.
• Real sizing help. Many styles run small, so we recommend sizing up and list measurements on every product page. Our Size Guide walks you through it.
• Emails come to me. No call center, no bots. Questions about a size, an order, or a return get a real answer.
